Sedos has won five NODA district awards for 2023, been shortlisted for a programme award and received a nomination for a Flame Award.
These awards cover the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and all district winners are eligible to be considered for the Regional Awards which will be presented, along with the district winner certificates, on Sunday 18 June at The Radlett Centre as part of the NODA London AGM and Celebration.
Our winners are:
The Sybil Conway Award for best female character in a play: Jess Rogers as Connie in The Effect
The Charles Sumner Award for the best male character in a play: Chris de Pury as Antonio Salieri in Amadeus
The Pat Redhead Award for best drama: Amadeus
The Joe Putnam Award for best musical: Carrie
The NODA London Innovation Trophy: for The Power in Carrie
Nomination for:
NODA London Flame Awards for inspirational contribution to the pursuit of excellence in Theatre and enhancement of the overall theatrical experience: for the commitment to diversity and inclusion in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
